since the last post ive literally had it set in my mind that iam going to do an new post

so ive been busy lately trying to rebrand my family business
yes like a true koreans my parents own a Deli....so its our tenth yr there
and we have finally we gonna try to give ourselves a new look and feel
i didnt want to look like just another deli in the city
i wanted the store to feel modern yet classic and classy
so here its is the new identity for BEST HEALTH GOURMET DELI

on my way to the gym...

WOW!!! its been a minute since the last time i blogged in...
so before i start i would like to thank Roxy for helping me to
get back into blogging.

so since the last time i posted a series of events have happened..
i graduated from parsons school of design and thank to this miserable
economy im still here looking for a full time job...but luckily ive founds some freelance stuff here and there to keep my pockets full...

lately i have my hands full learning FLASH the one program i successfully managed to avoid in college but one out into the real world realized it is a must for designers and also working on a little side project that was inspired by my love for NYC and food

What you see is not what you get is the subject of my thesis.....
for my senior year i wanted to break away from using the computer and go back to more traditional ways of doing things....i decided to hand draw my entire comic....

the idea for my thesis is that
People’s exterior image can be more than what they seem to be at first blush. Often because of someone’s self image people create boundaries leading to misconceptions and stereotypes. I want to show that everyone deals with issues of image and send out the message that it’s okay to be yourself....

if your in the NYC area its on display at 2w 13th street on the corner of 5th ave at Parsons School of Design so peep that and theres a bunch of take away so feel free to take one of them.....

doing this project made me reminisce about about my high school and junior high year...
i would love to go back for a week and live it out again....

my love NIPPON ( part I )

i left my heart in japan...its such a beautiful country. Being a new yorker its so different from the things i see & feel in new york. The people, food, culture....everything in japan has left me speechless, as i write this blog i want to say so many things about japan but i dont know where to start and what to say. Here is a little piece of my heart while i was in nippon. enjoy!
